    VENT took part in a Wonderware Conference 2011, organized by Klinkmann in Moscow 10.11.2011.

    In scope of the conference latest innovations from Wonderware were presented to participants. System Integrators made presentations about applications of Wonderware software in their projects. VENT introduced Wonderware Industrial Application for Packaging and its capabilities for application in packaging industry taking into account previously implemented projects based on Wonderware System Platform.

For creating production teams, shifts, production calendar and  positions and qualifications reference a user is equipped with intuitively convenient tools with built-in input control means.

Depending on permissions assigned by a system administrator relevant sections of reference information are available for a user for editing.
 
When a downtime event is automatically registered a user assigns a reason to it and inputs a necessary comment. In a similar way a downtime event can be registered in a manual mode.
 
If necessary information about equipment breakdown can be sent to information system of plant maintenance services. In this case a machine which caused line downtime needs to be indicated as well as a part of machine where error occurred. After registering a request for equipment repair in external system information  about completed works is sent back to dispatching system and relevant reporting means.
 
Upon completion of production shift and production day a report containing production line KPIs, rejects data, personnel effectiveness and sanitary cleaning and CIP times is generated.
 
Advanced means of Microsoft Reporting Services allow to create reports meeting most different user‘s requirements.
 
Using accumulated information it is possible to build reports for any chosen period of time. These reports  make analysis of efficiency loss reasons by equipment and downtime categories easier.
 
User interface provided by the Module significantly simplifies work of Filling Lines personnel with regard to system utilization as well as Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) calculation in a real time mode.
 
Indicator ΞΕΕ in a real time makes it possible to instantly evaluate and compare performance of Filling Lines, including ones located in different plants. For this it is enough to open a relevant report in Internet Explorer
